At Mitti, we design and facilitate developmental experiences that support individuals, teams, and organizations in leading with greater clarity, courage, and care. We meet people where they are, whether they are navigating change, seeking alignment, or reclaiming voice, and move with them toward what matters. Our work is grounded in real-world practice and invites growth that is reflective, relational, and lasting. Explore our offerings below.

Leadership Development
We support leaders and organizations in developing the inner and systemic capacities needed to lead through real-world complexity. Our work is rooted in the principles of adaptive leadership, adult development, and experiential learning, and shaped by the belief that leadership is not a fixed set of traits, but an ongoing practice.
We partner with individuals and teams who are navigating high-stakes, high-complexity environments, where challenges resist technical solutions and call for reflection, learning, and deeper renegotiation. .
Our approach helps leaders grow in two critical directions:
-
Navigating External Complexity
We help leaders recognize adaptive challenges, engage across difference, hold uncertainty, and lead change in dynamic systems. This includes building the capacity to experiment, mobilize others, and work through resistance without defaulting to control or avoidance. All real change involves loss - of habits, roles, or ways of making meaning - and part of leadership is helping people navigate those losses without shutting down or turning away.
-
Building Internal Clarity and Steadiness
The inner work of leadership begins with paying attention to who we are and how we’ve been shaped. It asks us to look at the identities we carry, the roles we have learned to play, and the stories we have absorbed about what it means to lead. This kind of reflection helps leaders act with more clarity, stay rooted in what matters, and lead in ways that feel true, even in complex systems.

Our engagements are not off-the-shelf. We co-create every program in deep partnership with our clients, based on the real work they are doing and the real questions they are holding. Whether we are designing multi-month journeys, cohort-based intensives, or executive team programs, we anchor the work in people’s lived experience and the culture they are part of.
We create spaces where leaders can pause long enough to make sense of their experience, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity. Our programs help teams build trust, navigate tensions, and take shared ownership of the work ahead. And we support organizations in growing leadership from within, through sustained reflection, dialogue, and real-time learning. At the heart of it all is a simple goal: to help leaders lead with steadiness and purpose in the face of complexity.

How We Work Together

At Mitti, every engagement is co-created. We don’t start with templates. Instead we begin with your questions, your context, and your people. The shape of the work grows from there, through conversation, listening, and a shared commitment to what matters most in your setting.
Some of the ways we have worked with partners:

-
Supporting senior teams navigating change and leadership transitions
-
Designing cohort-based leadership journeys that unfold over months
-
Coaching individuals as they grow into bigger versions of themselves
-
Hosting spaces for reflection in the middle of fast-paced, high-stakes work
-
Partnering with internal teams to build lasting leadership capacity
Instead of offering quick-fixes, we work alongside you to create the space, support, and conditions where meaningful growth can take root.

Leadership Coaching
At Mitti, coaching is a space to pause and reflect on where you are, what is shifting, and what kind of leader you want to be in the midst of complexity. Whether you are navigating a transition, taking on greater responsibility, leading through change, or sensing that something internal needs to shift, coaching offers a confidential and catalytic space to do that inner work.
We begin by creating space to slow down and pay attention—to what’s unfolding, what feels out of sync, and what might be ready to change. Coaching opens up the possibility of seeing your experience with fresh perspective, and leading from that clarity.

How We Work
Co-Active Foundation

Our work begins with the belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Coaching isn’t about fixing anyone. It is about partnering in discovery, reconnecting with what matters, and expanding your sense of choice and alignment.
Working with Complexity
We draw from adult development and complexity theory to support leaders in seeing more clearly, holding competing truths, and staying present in uncertainty. Leadership in complex systems is not about control. Instead, it’s about deepening awareness and acting with intention.
Surfacing Inner Barriers

We integrate the Immunity to Change framework developed at Harvard University to help surface what might be holding you in place: the quiet commitments, protective patterns, and old assumptions. Together, we experiment intentionally toward what is ready to shift.

Women's Leadership
CLAIM: Women’s Leadership and Authority from the Inside Out
Too often, women are encouraged to step into leadership, but not given the space to ask the questions that matter.

-
What kind of authority feels authentic to me?
-
How have my identity, experience, and context shaped how I lead and how might they be holding it back?
CLAIM is Mitti’s women’s leadership initiative: a reflective and purpose-driven space where women can explore the inner narratives and external forces that shape how they show up in leadership. Through small-group programs and cohort-based learning, CLAIM creates the conditions for women to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with a more grounded sense of self as a leader.
At its core, CLAIM is shaped by a simple but transformative idea: reclaiming your relationship to authority is not just personal work. It is also a systemic act. For many women navigating institutions they didn’t design, authority can feel like something to earn, defend, or constantly prove. CLAIM offers a different stance—one that starts within and grows outward.

CLAIM programs are designed to help women move beyond the leadership scripts they have inherited, and into a deeper, more aligned relationship with power, presence, and purpose. Through conversation, reflection, real-world scenarios, and supported experimentation, participants begin to expand what’s possible.

If you are looking for a space to grow not just as a leader, but as a whole person navigating authority with intention, CLAIM is a powerful experience. It’s not a traditional leadership program. It’s deeper, more personal, and profoundly clarifying.

Program Format & What’s to Come

CLAIM programs are held in small, facilitated cohorts and grounded in real-time conversation, reflection, and practice. These are not webinars or one-size-fits-all trainings—they are developmental spaces where women can explore what leadership really asks of them, and how to meet that work with more presence, self-trust, and clarity.
Each experience includes:
-
A series of 3–6 live, virtual sessions (90-180 minutes each)
-
A peer cohort of 10-15 women across sectors and life stages
-
Real-world leadership dilemmas
-
Optional writing or embodied practices between sessions
-
A space that honors complexity and invites your full humanity

While authority is a central throughline, CLAIM is evolving into a broader body of work focused on the inner terrain of leadership. Upcoming offerings include:
-
Leading Without Leaving Myself Behind:
This offering explores how, as women leaders, we can recognize and honor our core psychological and emotional needs—such as the need for belonging, recognition, and significance—while exercising authority and navigating complex leadership contexts. It is about learning to lead without abandoning ourselves, and about noticing how unmet or unexamined needs can quietly shape our choices, limit our impact, or undermine our leadership from within.

-
Leading Systems from the Outside In
This offering focuses on what it takes to lead change within complex systems—whether teams, organizations, or families—without defaulting to urgency, control, or surface-level solutions. We explore how to use real-time data from the system to better understand what’s happening, where resistance is coming from, and what kind of intervention the moment requires. The work involves sharpening your diagnostic lens, recognizing patterns beneath the surface, and acting with greater clarity, patience, and strategic intent. We also examine what it means to stay grounded in your values while leading through uncertainty, conflict, and competing demands.

-
Feedback as a Leadership Practice
This offering is a practice space for women leaders to give and receive feedback with clarity, confidence, and care. Grounded in Radical Candor but shaped by the lived experience of women in leadership, it will support you in offering feedback that is direct yet relational, and receiving it in ways that strengthen your voice rather than silence it. Together, we will explore how feedback can be a core leadership practice.

-
Small Group Case Consultations
These will be recurring spaces to bring real-time leadership dilemmas you are facing and work through them with the support of a small, trusted circle. These sessions will offer space not just for reflection, but for sharpening how you see what’s really going on beneath the surface, and how you respond to it with greater intentionality.
Each of these experiences is designed to be more than a skill-building workshop. They are spaces to unearth, to inquire, to experiment—and to come home to a version of leadership that feels more fully your own.
